(4 hours total daytime sleep)
If you find at 7am your child is not hungry for his milk feed, this is an indication that you can reduce/cut the last feed your baby had during the night.

We used your service with our now 4 year old. Who was a fantastic sleeper after we implemented your techniques. We now have a 4 month old. Quite a good sleep but needing to pop in the soother all night every twenty minutes-ish last night from 11-30-5!!
